The glute muscles will be sore after this workout but the benefits are beautiful. You can use the corner of a bed or even a sturdy table. Whatever you use make sure the corner is right below your pelvis and your legs are hanging down. This exercise will also strength your lower back muscles. So don't get alarmed if you feel this in your lower back.
